Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • For daily group tours: Full refund if cancelled at least 48 hours before the tour start time.

  • For private tours: Full refund if cancelled at least 72 hours in advance.

  • Cancellations within these windows and no-shows are non-refundable.

  • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.

  • Banff Daily Tour and Adventures Inc. reserves the right to cancel any tour due to weather, road closures, or insufficient bookings, in which case a full refund or rescheduling option will be offered.

Health and Safety Disclaimer

  • All guests are responsible for their own health and safety during the tour.

  • Guests must inform the company of any medical conditions or physical limitations prior to the trip.

  • Tour participation requires the ability to walk moderate distances and handle light hiking trails.

  • Banff Daily Tour and Adventures Inc. follows all Alberta Health guidelines and local regulations for safety.

Liability Waiver Information

  • Participation in tours is at your own risk. A liability waiver may be required at the time of booking or before departure.

  • The company is not responsible for injuries, accidents, loss, or damage to personal belongings during the tour.

  • Guests are advised to carry personal travel insurance covering outdoor activity, cancellations, and delays.

Privacy Policy

  • We collect only the necessary information to process bookings and communicate with customers (name, email, phone number, etc.).

  • We do not sell or share personal information with third parties.

  • Payment information is securely processed through trusted third-party platforms (Stripe/PayPal).

  • Customers may request deletion or update of their data at any time by contacting us.
