What’s the cancellation policy?
Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the tour date will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours are non-refundable. No-shows are charged the full amount. Private tour cancellations require 72 hours' notice.
Can we bring kids or elderly?
Absolutely! There are no age restrictions. Children, elderly guests, and families are welcome as long as participants are healthy and capable of light walking or short hikes. We recommend bringing a stroller for very young children if needed.
What happens in bad weather?
Tours operate rain or shine. The Canadian Rockies are beautiful in all weather conditions. In case of extreme or unsafe weather, we will either adjust the itinerary for safety or offer a refund/reschedule depending on the situation.
Do you offer hotel pick-ups?
No, we do not offer hotel pick-ups at this time. We provide convenient pick-up from fixed central locations only. In Calgary, our designated pick-up is located at 4 Ave SE (opposite Delta Hotels by Marriott Downtown). In Canmore, we pick up from
Canmore Visitor Information Centre (907 7 Ave). In Banff, we pick up from Banff Train Station Parking Lot and Banff High School Bus Loop.
If you're unsure or need help reaching one of these pick-up spots, please don’t hesitate to contact us — we’ll do our best to accommodate you!. Specific hotel pick-up locations will be confirmed after booking. Please be ready 10 minutes before your scheduled pick-up time.
Are meals included in the tours?
Meals are not included in the standard tour prices. We provide complimentary light snacks. Guests are encouraged to bring their own lunch or purchase meals at designated stops during the tour.
What should I bring on the tour?
Comfortable walking shoes, layered clothing, water bottle, sunglasses, and a camera. A small backpack is helpful. For Icefields and higher elevation trips, warm clothing is highly recommended.
Is the tour vehicle wheelchair accessible?
Our current fleet is not fully wheelchair accessible. However, we are happy to accommodate guests with mobility limitations where possible. Please contact us in advance to discuss specific needs.
